We are all meant for relationships. People are meant to be in a community to help each other and be supportive. There are all kinds of relationships, and there are all kinds of communities. In the education community, the relationship between coaches and educators is important for continual improvement: improvement for coaches to hone their craft and improvement for teachers to develop further in their skills. “Don’t assume everyone is on the same page” is number five on a list of strategies I put in a post titled, ”I Hear Ya!” While I believe all the strategies listed are important, I discuss how I believe number one is the most important one on the list.
